Fear of God is a globally acclaimed luxury fashion brand recognized for its minimalist design and innovative aesthetic, led by creative visionary Jerry Lorenzo.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, when the Fear of God team was unable to attend their Shanghai activation in person, we executed a fully integrated launch in the Chinese market. We managed the project remotely, ensuring effective cultural engagement and coordinated online and offline sales integration throughout the activation.
Area 1: Project Coordination & Management
Responsible for overall project communications, planning, and execution in a remote setting, ensuring that each phase of the activation was managed efficiently despite the pandemic constraints.
Area 2: Cultural Communication
Design and execute interactive offline experiential events to engage the target audience. Social media initiatives and cross-industry collaborations were integrated to strategically amplify the brand’s cultural narrative.
Area 3: Online & Offline Sales Integration
Develop tailored sales content and implement a customized release mechanism that seamlessly connects digital promotions with physical retail channels, optimizing market penetration and conversion throughout the activation.
