This private label initiative was a collaborative effort between Innersect and Fear of God, led by Fear of God design director Bobby Kim and supervised by Jerry Lorenzo. Task Force Consulting served as the bridge between the two teams, ensuring clear communication and seamless integration of their creative visions. Our role was instrumental in forging the clothing label, aligning the strategic and creative elements from both brands into a unified, market-ready collection.

Area 1: End-to-End Design Support & Contractual Guidance

We supported the private label design team from concept development through to the contractual phase, ensuring that every step aligned with the brand’s strategic creative vision.

Area 2: Creative Coherence & Collection Development

We guided the internal team to maintain consistency between the mood board and the final collection, ensuring that the creative narrative was accurately reflected in each design element.

Area 3: Merchandising Strategy & Planning

We developed a detailed merchandising plan that outlined product categories, styles, and SKUs, providing a structured roadmap for collection rollout and positioning the private label for commercial success.
