Area 1: Project Coordination & Management
Responsible for overall project communications, planning, and execution in a remote setting, ensuring that each phase of the activation was managed efficiently despite the pandemic constraints.
Area 2: Media Promotion & PR
We executed a strategic media promotion campaign that integrated digital advertising with retail guidance. By coordinating KOL seeding and community engagement, we enhanced product visibility and established a direct connection between digital promotions and in-store experiences, optimizing market penetration and conversion.
Area 3: Offline Sales Event
Develop tailored sales content and implement a customized release mechanism that seamlessly connects digital promotions with physical retail channels, optimizing market penetration and conversion throughout the activation.
